Is the quality of your shop good?

Our popular item may be out of stock quickly. We will do our best to ensure that the items displayed on our website are available to our customers.
Items that are not in stock will be automatically refunded once your order has been processed.

This means that only one size is available for the item. Generally, a medium size suits the majority of customers. It is recommended to check the product details to see the detailed measurements.

Which countries do you ship to?
Now we ship to over 10 countries: USA, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Canada, Italy, Poland, Mexico and so on. The detailed countries can be found in the drop-down list of the Country section when you edit the shipping address in your account.

Is there an additional fee or tax?
In most countries, our customers do not have to pay any import fees, duties or valued additional tax. However, in some European countries, our customers may have to pay customs duties or VAT according to your country's collection rules.

Does UPS / DHL require a signature upon delivery?
DHL requires the recipient to sign, while UPS will typically drop the package in your back yard / front door / porch when you are not at home to receive the package.


Do you ship to mailboxes and APO / FPO / AFP military addresses?
We can only ship to these addresses via standard shipping. If you would like to receive the items by express delivery, please provide a physical address.

What is the delivery time?
Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include customs delays, weekends, vacation periods and unforeseen circumstances.)
Our normal delivery time is 2-4 working days after order preparation and 7-10 working days after dispatch. (Depending on your shipping method.)

Can you wrap my order as a gift?
Yes, as long as you leave us a message when ordering, we will provide gift bags.

What is your right of return?
Online purchases (excluding end products, swimwear, lingerie, accessories) via Whicestyle can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.

How can I return or exchange an order?
Step 1: Please email our customer service representative at info@whicestyle.com to request the exchange / return.
Step 2: Upon receipt of your exchange / return request email, our customer service representatives will email the exchange / return instructions back to you. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange / return.
Step 3: You will receive a refund within a week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We will send you an email once you have processed your refund or exchange. For your information, processing the refund for the bank takes longer (depending on the CC company, 1 to 2 weeks) if your original payment method is a credit card.
