Online purchases (excluding retail products, swimwear, lingerie, accessories) via whicestyle.com can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the date after the consumer signs the receipt.
All return / exchange items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and returned with all original labels in the original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all fees and no refund will be given.
Return / exchange process
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping cost. The specific fee should be based on the express company you selected. If, for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect and the consumer therefore does not have to pay the shipping fee. There is no refill fee to charge consumers for the return of a product.
We do not accept returned items that have been returned directly without notifying us beforehand.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representative at firstname.lastname@example.org to request the exchange / return.
Step 2: Upon receipt of your exchange / return request email, our customer service representatives will email the exchange / return instructions back to you. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange / return.
Step 3: You will receive a refund or an exchange order within one week after we receive your package. We will send you an email once you have processed your refund or exchange. For your information, processing the refund for the bank takes longer (1 to 2 weeks, depending on the CC company) if your original payment method is credit card.
We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. You should send a contact help ticket to us as soon as you want to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but not yet dispatched, we offer a partial refund after a 15% cancellation fee has been charged. We will process the refund within one week of receiving your return package. For your information, processing the refund for the bank takes longer (1 to 2 weeks, depending on the CC company) if your original payment method is credit card. We DO NOT accept cancellation requests once the orders have been shipped.
